I found your channel by searching for rolling flow. I have been in physical therapy for a couple months for neck and thoracic spine stuff. My shoulder blades feel absolutely stuck and sometimes the whole upper back including my ribs just feels uncomfortable. I have watched a bunch of your videos in a row. This stuff you are teaching feels really good!

Very nice move, I have already shared this with one of my clients, but I am going to share it with more people on my page. Thanks for your imaginative moves and teaching.

Paul Chek also recommended this in his excellent Eat, Move and Be Healthy book. It's a great move, but I like your version even better 😁

This is great. I’ve been doing the standing twists, can’t wait to add the shoulders. Thanks!

Great movement reminder. I was just doing some cool stuff feeling the difference in the rotation of the dominant vs non dominant arms.

Thank you for this video. I recently have had "rotator cuff" issues and pain under the scapula. These movements do feel as good as you said and they seem to address the problem in a way I could not figure out on my own.

I tried this and said to myself, "oh my gawd, it's paddling". I never realized the shoulder rotation in going from one side to the other with the kayak paddle. A motion I did not realize I was missing off my kayak and on my row machine.
