Sir u are awesome and your solution is best.Thank you so much for uploading these videos , i dont know why you get only few likes on videos , most of other videos are related to bands and dumbell which i think is not an ideal way to fix something that is very natural for the body's movement. Thank you so much 🙏 I want a physique just like you ❤️.

Great stuff Sir 👍🏆. Have ever thought about a "Super Heroes" series? 🔺 Spiderman - leopard crawls 🔺 Superman - shoulder/legs raises 🔺 Thor - Sledgehammer 🔺 Hulk - Isometric's

Ha! Those are great suggestions. I do those things but have never thought about making a superhero series out of them. Nice! And noted!

1-arm-elevated-knees-rocking is the goal for me. In the meantime, I think i'll combine regular elevated rocking with downguard dogs to get more done in less time. Thx for helping us to live and feel better.

Awesome stuff! Do you think doing this wearing a weight vest would make sense? Or is it overkill?
@OriginalStrengthSystem
@OriginalStrengthSystem 3 жыл бұрын
I think it depends on the person and the state/stage of the shoulders. While I don't think the weight vest is needed to restore the shoulders, I do think it could be used to build more strength around the shoulders (and everywhere else).

Lovin the Dr. Dan spooky shoulder. How come no love for the hammies on Down 🐶?
@OriginalStrengthSystem
@OriginalStrengthSystem 3 жыл бұрын
It was shoulder focused today - as my hammies clearly point out! I wasn’t even extending my knees. Although they may not have wanted to extend , can’t remember.

Hi Tim, I hope you are well. How long should one practice each of these movements?
@OriginalStrengthSystem
@OriginalStrengthSystem 3 жыл бұрын
It all depends on the person and the issue, but an easy approach is 2-3 minutes a day for each movement. If you have the time, you could do that 2-3 times a day. The magic happens with showing up often.

@@OriginalStrengthSystem That's good to know. I think I'll apply that to the more 'workout-based' movements like crawling and more difficult moves. Thanks, Tim.
