I practice along with you using Mental Rehearsal. This fires off the wiring to start the learning process. And it elevates the heart and starts to lubricate the joints. But it feels so good that I can’t wait to do the physical movements. And since I’ve already practiced the movements I am familiar with them enough so it’s actually safer to do them! This is beautiful and elegant once again, Superman! Cheers. Wishing you and yours and the OS Community a legendary 2023 and beyond.

So glad it’s helpful! Happy 2023 to you! And thanks for planting the seed with Mental Rehearsal!

@@OriginalStrengthSystem I see an entire book, dvd and seminar on OS and Brain Waves/Mental Rehearsal in the near future, lol. The quality of our lives is easily influenced by WHY and HOW we choose to move. And since I’m incredibly lazy so the ability to create pervasive and fundamental/functional change simply by day dreaming and smiling and playing fits right up my alley. Enough of my rant, Mr. Anderson! Be well!

Interesting. Any reason why you wouldn't do that on a bus? Just shut eyes and visualise. I get cravings, I'm looking for things I can do anywhere to not give into them. Just sit and visualise throwing darts left handed for 5 minutes.

1st movement similar to kick throughs in Animal Flow, but done much more mindfully and controlled. 2nd one is almost like a baby tuck planche into a standing position! Love it

Hi Tim! Would you make a video (on your channel or this one) a daily full body routine that we could do on two feet? A routine to gently strength all the body…

Thanks for the idea!

Hmmm, first movement you could call the ‘inverted’ Elevated Roll Dance (same as in the 21’s but different starting position really)

Happy new year! A simple move to get down and up from the floor is super important for most people - I like this one . . . and while you're down there . . . why not try an un-burpee?😁

Hey Tim! In a quadruped position, looking up, is it normal to hear a soft sawing noise at the oa joint when looking around the room? Sounds like bone sliding on bone. 27yo by the way. Thanks for videos!
@OriginalStrengthSystem Жыл бұрын
It can be normal. My neck does that if it helps. You hear it but there is no real feel to it. It’s called crepitus - like a Rice Krispies in milk sound but not as loud. Often caused by air bubbles being released in the joints. It may go away and it may not, but your neck is still healthy.
@SheepWaveMeByeBye Жыл бұрын
I've got something similar going on in my thorassic spine when I rotate it in a certain way. A soft grinding noise, nothing like the cracks and pops from crepitus. Feels really weird. Never found out what it is.

Almost gave you a thumbs down. I ended up seeing this during my break and because of you I became so curious to try these that I ended up doing them in the aisle of my local Dollar Tree instead of waiting to get home.
