Don't neglect the cardio when bulking! 10,000 steps etc

@StrongandConditioned speaking from personal experience I piled on weight like crazy! So I keep an eye on things. But go on how I feel these days, not enough activity and I start to get sluggish.

The old timers (older than me) believed it took 5 lbs. of fat to build 1 lbs. of muscle. I don't recommend that. Bruce Randall supposedly did permanent health damage taking himself to 401 then dropping rapidly to 225. You are going to have to go a little soft, but don't let it get out of hand. Calculate your intake on current body weight and bump it up a bit. Then give your body time to adjust. If you're progressing you're eating enough. As you grow monitor your waist. If things slow bump it up a bit more. Also, EAT CLEAN. Bulking shouldn't be a junkfest. Don't be the guy that goes on a permanent bulk. It's a total pain in the ass but keep it under control. It's much better in the long run. 3 well balance, whole food, knife and fork meals w/ milk in between. Don't start w/ the traditional gallon. See where half a gallon gets you. Go raw milk if you can or at least free range, grass feed no steroids/hormones, in a glass bottle...yada...yada... Do easy low intensity cardio. Walking is good for this. You're trying to grow. You can't also be training for a marathon or doing high intensity intervals. Make sure you're on a program for natty's.
