For any cheese beginners: those strong or challenging cheeses can be enjoyed by spreading a very small amount on crackers or bread, and can be a great pairing with things like fruit/jam. That way you can enjoy the cheese without being overwhelmed, since the carbs will cut the intensity. And they can be *incredible* mixed into a pasta dish or sauce! And I read that Meredith Dairy is currently selling that in 2kg tubs at a discount to the general public in Aussie due logistics disruptions from the current COVID-19 pandemic. Those tubs used to be only avail to F&B establishments like cafes and restaurant. How I wish I can get hold of the 2kg tubs where I live.

I just found Meredith’s Dairy Marinated Cheese at my local grocery store and had to purchase immediately knowing how much Keith and Kelsey enjoyed it in this video. I will say. It is amazeballs. They were not lying 😂😂. Also this is one of this try guys videos I just keep coming back to. Probably my 3rd or 4th time watching and it was so exciting this time to watch and eat the same cheese!

I got to work along side cheese mongers for a few months and have thrown together a few cheeseboards. The marinated goat cheese ain't no joke, it is PHENOMENAL, and is a real show stopper on warm focaccia. There's also a goat cheese called Drunken Goat that is a goat cheese aged in wine. Mild in flavor, quite tasty and an all time favorite.
