Hey John, I hope life is treating you well. This has been a disastrous year for me. Recently our two dogs, Holly and Sally, died, 40 hours apart. They were 15 and 16, still, it was quiet a shock to the system. Needless to say I have not been feeling musical. I am having KZbin problems, they keep taking down my videos. It leaves me thinking is it worth it, sadly there are not any alternatives to this platform. I was going to delete the channel, my brother talked me out of it, for now at least. Since I am back on the internet, I have not been on KZbin. The World has taken a serious turn, and this platform is waging a war on free speech, and freedom of expression. Nutritionists are being banned for recommending supplements, Doctors are banned for having an opinion about whether this is really a '' pandemic '', or something else. Anyone with differing opinions to the Social Media Gurus are treated as extremists. Our Human Rights, and lives are being destroyed. There is an epidemic of suicide sweeping the continent which is being totally ignored by the MSM. The way things are, even this comment could get me a ban. I no longer care. Well, my apologies for the rant. Perhaps, it is time to make some protest music, just like you have. Stay strong my friend. I'll check out your new work later on tonight. Best wishes to you always.

I can image you lose interest in creating and uploading on this platform because of what happened to your material , maybe it’s about copyright issues of the footage bei g used ? But you’re right tings are changing in a fast rate right now , and not for the best .... don’t be silent keep creating , our voices must be heard ... 🙏🎸

@@JohnGSchuur You are right about it being copyright. But, the thing is, when I upload initially the copyright holder allows it through KZbin, it just says that it can not be monetized. Which is no problem as my channel is not monetized. Then a 3rd party collector comes along banning it. I had a Lord of the Rings video claimed by an Arabic company, and banned worldwide. The Boudica video drove me mad. As for the dogs, we walked together every day most of their lives, they kept me fit and mentally healthy, they were the best. Great memories. I hope that you are keeping well my friend. Dark days are ahead for us all I fear. :(

Keith O' Sullivan Composer that’s was what I thought ...the filmfootage and ownership .. it becomes a problem when there are 3 or more parties involved ... I think your music deserves a good trailer .. so maybe use material with less claims ? Or film something yourself - holiday movie in Ireland ? - or post on eg reverberation., that accepts mp3 ‘s so you can continue to upload or SoundCloud .... or modify the footage in such a way it can’t be traced .. well often the quality goes down as well or use a pic ... I do this often

Hi Gaby, I hope that all is well in your life. It's an era that I have always been interested in. Did you catch Netflix's Barbarians ? Not that I am a subscriber to them, it was very good. I more or less have given up on KZbin lately, a few of my videos have been taken down. My brother had to talk me out of deleting the channel. I think KZbin has turned many people away with the level of censorship on this platform, it is insane, Doctors, Nurses, Nutritionists, etc... getting banned for spreading so called '' disinformation ''. I am still unsure as to whether I'll upload my music to KZbin ever again. I said that I'd take six months before I make a final decision, it is nearly that long since my last upload and I am still undecided, and in truth I do not miss it. I too have been a bit lazy lately, the sad thing about it is that we are being encouraged to be by the powers that should not be. There is so much going on right now that is clearly wrong in our World, and if we were to have an honest discussion about it on this platform we'd be banned. Truth is treason in the empire of lies. Hätte es diese Schlacht nicht gegeben, wäre Germanien bis zur Elbe römische Provinz geworden. Die Sprache der einheimischen Bevölkerung wäre, wie in Gallien (Frankreich) und Iberien (Spanien und Portugal) romanisiert worden. Auch Englisch, das aus germanischen Sprachen hervorgegangen ist, wäre noch stärker romanisiert, als später durch die französisch sprechenden Normannen. Eine irre Vorstellung.
