13:41 Thank you Kelly for including the poster board calling out the diorama. I did a double take when I saw the slave nice an happy by the water with some watermelon, dancing etc. When you think things have come so far and you see a glorified version of history like that, crazy. Other than that loving your trip on the FT and hope the tram stays safe

What a great section of trail! I'm glad you took the time to go inside that little museum at the park - I love hidden gems like that (and animatronic chickens!). Nice to see you back uploading again, I hope you are feeling safe and are continuing to enjoy your journey! Thanks for taking us along with you!

Those views and sunset are amazing. We paddled the Suwannee River last year so it brings back a lot of great memories.

I just love your videos. I live in Florida and find nothing better than it's wild beauty- love me the forest and open plains. Florida is so much more than beaches. So thank you for showing that!

I cracked up at the "ALLIGATORS NO SWIMMING" sign! I mean, c'mon, you can't announce to alligators that they're not allowed to swim! That would just be cruel. HAHA! Beautiful section of trail.

This section of the trail is so beautiful. Also the fishing is great in the Suwannee. A lot of people go canoeing from the Spirit of the Suwannee down river to Gibson Park. Stay safe and enjoy the rest of your journey.

Had a waste water treatment incident
@moorewr Жыл бұрын
@S. M. I have not heard about any such incident though, who knows, this being FL. The color is tannins and and the foam is from the amount of algae etc always present in the water…

The Suwannee is some of the cleanest water in FL, though.

I'm so excited that you've made it to this area of the trip. Please be on the lookout! You will start to walk right by springs that feed into the Suwanee and are SOOOO enjoyable to stop and take a break in! I've hiked about 90 miles of the area you are in, several times, and loved it. The bugs... not so much... especially ticks!

Only class 3 rapids in Florida. Camped there many times with my son's scout troop cannoning the Suwannee from Okefenokee Swamp to the gulf. Trip took a little over two weeks split between 2 years.

Thanks for sharing your adventures. After wintering in Tx. I'm back on the road looking for great trails. Thinking of doing the Florida trail section along the river that you just did probably in the fall.

I hope someday you get to kayak on the Suwannee. A little further south from where you are on this video are crystal clear springs that feed the river that you can swim in. The state also has campsites setup alone the river for kayakers. Stay well and be safe.

Now this was a day on the FT that I truly envied you guys. Plus this episode had danger (I thought you were going to jump in that black water and that didn't seem like such a great idea) and I thought we might see someone topple into the river (but we didn't). And some of the shots of the river were gorgeous!

I hiked around them both on my AT thru hike with my son. It’s awesome to get to see both their faces. Now carry on ! Keep on trucking Edge & G Funk (my son)
