@@redeemedbygracejohn5755 The greatest evils in human history have been at the hands of cruel and selfish authors of religious books purporting to be divinely guided. Without exception, quite remarkably so, they wrapped the righteous teachings and much needed codified rules for society, in the most heinous psychological oppression they understood as essential for self-perpetuation and expansion of the sect. So skilled are the fear and sado-masochistic led stories that promise rapture and eternal life, while threatening punishment and suffering in this life and beyond, that the indoctrinated are actually grateful for the oppression. So deep is the subconscious indoctrination, typically cemented in childhood, that ordinary humans are willing to battle or conflict with others who are similarly duped, but duped by a different set of cruel and oppressive holy texts. If they could keep it to themselves i'd be fine, but the cancerous self perpetuation core of religious teaching necessitates group identity and the defense thereof. Perhaps those ancient scholars and authors who plotted over decades and centuries to fine tune their fictions knew not the evil power they held over their scared and susceptible brethren. Or perhaps they did and considered it a noble pursuit. Regardless, the concept that Man can record the revealed word of the true God is so ridiculous one just need assemble the competing claimants in a room. If you have a sense of humor include Mormonism. The only unbiased explanation is the correct one, they are all beautifully written, compelling, and claim divine origin falsely to self-perpetuate.

The flood is a snapshot of what was living at that time, much of which is not around today as modern mamals. And many of the animals we know today have come from the animal kind that was present. You get excited about the fossil record but if it was ever discussed with you can you explain any of it? Ichthyosaur recently found in the wring layer- start of the permian layer I think it was, directly after the supposed mass marine extinction. Fossils mashed up and deposited in multiple layers of monolithic rock along entire coastlines, giant tsunami layers but let's just ignore that. It wasn't a tectonic flood at all... Jake

This is eye opening, because as a Bible loving Christian I have zero problem with evolution. The story of how God created man was never intended to explain the mysteries of the universe, and whether dinosaurs existed before or after really is a moot point. The point of the scripture was to say that we are not accidents and God created it all.
@LivingWaters

Deb Carsey Deb. If you have no problem with evolution, then you believe that Jesus was a liar. He said in the beginning God made them male and female. He didn’t say he made man as a primate.

Living Waters Actually HOW he made them isn’t mentioned, and to be honest, the story of creation was never intended to explain everything. If it challenges your faith because the scriptures don’t “appear” to match with science then, that is more an an issue with faith. The jews are aware of this and make no excuses for the scriptures. When did Jesus say anything about the creation? I must have missed that. Ive only seen it in the Old Testament, otherwise known as the Torah. My point is that just as climbing a ladder allows you to have a better understanding of what around, so does understanding and applying the principles of Jesus Christ. The bible is assembled from writings written and passed down for generations and there would have been no way they would have understood anything more complex than what was given. A good example is that Moses had to dump the higher laws given to his people that he knew they couldn’t handle. It is what is.

Con men ask for money. Christianity is free and its a sin against God, for man to profit from his words. It says it right in the bible. So yes, beware the con man or false profet, but dont turn your back on the creator. The gift of life and eternal life is for those who live a decent honest life.

But it's okay if you think 20 left handed only amino acids could ever form in a puddle & simultaneously, then suddenly we have complex proteins, code, dna, and let me guess- a nucleus ? @I follow Reality what part of it is fact ? The fact the evolution trespasses the first law of biogenesis (life cannot arise from non life) or that big bang is a good joke (everything came from nothing,explosions create order) or the fact that DNA (the human DNA has 3 billion letters,arranged in perfect order to create what it was designed to create,or the fact that the odds of a positive random mutation is 10⁷⁷,which imagine it like a lock with 77 dials,there are more combinations you can get wrong that good,this number is bigger than the number of atoms in the Milky Way) or the fact people mistake evolution with 3 different words: speciation,adaptation and science. Plus that this universe is so vast and balanced,I may add perfectly balanced to sustain life,that the probability to have a non life permitting universe is infinitely bigger than the universe we have today,have you ever asked these simple questions,or do you really just believe what Richard Dawkins or the other atheists say ?
@TandemSix
@TandemSix 4 жыл бұрын
@I follow Reality I just specified that the DNA it's a 3 billion letters code,how did that code came into existence,why it came like that,who wrote it,wht evolved first:the blood or the blood vessels,the brain or the eye,the lungs or the alveolar tissue,the neuron or the senses? And the list goes on...

I think that Christians should always encourage people to always question things not discourage questioning God’s Word. God is truth and their is evidence we just need to point out the evidence and telling people “just believe and ask no questions “ is not right, we should encourage people to keep believing and searching they have always found that years later science eventually agrees….like extinct animals showing up alive for example, or a tree having multiple growth rings in a year, or stalactites growth exploding ….their is evidence keep looking keep pointing and documenting.

I read "incest collection" at first. But then again, that would be accuarate as well, considering that creationists believe that we all come from two siblings making love with each other. (And those were both males on top of that - Kain and Abel. And one killed the other. Very sensical.)

this exhibit makes me think that in eternity Jesus will have the images of creation and the flood and other Biblical miracles in the sky for the billions of us to watch, call it a "movie night". It's just to magnificent to think he wouldn't show us what those moments looked like. Though scripture doesn't hint that this will be the case, I hope my guess is true. Does anybody else think that God will reveal his handy work to us?

@@AceDRoses oh, hi there. Yeah, with a lot more research I've found out that evolution is just a theory inventded around 1850. Anything you label as 'science' immediately gets a lot of credit and people's confidence. But it is a lie labeled with the words 'fact/science/evidence/undeniable'. Wew, if I were to tell a lie and use those words it'd be very convincing. The reason for evolution is an attempt to exclude God, therefore if God does not exist we ourselves define what is good/bad and not some exterior force. (Which by the amount of lies every person has told in their lifetime, the last thing they'd want is to know we've violated an outside force rule stating 'You must not lie'). Thus eliminating guilt. The population today corresponds to an earth being created around ~6000 years ago. (There'd be like trillions of people had it been just a couple thousand years old). See 'population statistics since creation'. Evolution says 'Nothing exploded into everything'. If you look away from your device into your window that'd be pretty difficult to imagine. And, how long would it take for nothing to create something? Eternity could go on and nothing wouldn't create a thing! How did humans reproduce before there was male and female and male had sperm and female had eggs? How did it breathe before it had lungs, nose, heart pumping, nervous system and brain altogether? How does a seed has pre-programmed instructions in it to when thrown on earth turn into a grown tree and produce a specific fruit in human usable size? Who set its size? Truth is, the physical eye cannot see a lot of things, small things and distant things, cells or galaxies far away. It also cannot see the immaterial part of the human inside a human body. It is simply a camera that captures light, turn the lights off and you don't see a thing. The creator programmed the eye to see only what would be relevant to our life here, and although we can't see spirits(call whatever you like) they exist. God exists, angels exist, demons exist and Jesus exists. God and Jesus are persons. Yes, that's how valuable and important we are. God created eating, music etc for us to enjoy. The real Jesus is the best thing ever, he won by dying, he healed, he restored, he forgave, he taught, he loved. And he is alive today doing these same things. He speaks every language in the world and knows exactly when someone is verbally calling Him. A person can ask him anything, for the smallest of desires to the big ones. Well I got a bit overexcited writing down, but something cool to check out is 'Kent Hovind creation seminar'. Peace out!

Well the phone also exists only since a "few" years so that doesnt mean it's a lie. If human or the early humans would have been able to think that far, they could have also build it earlier I guess. Like they could have found out about science a lot earlier... But because we developed it happened much later. (I hope that makes sense)
