Hats off to these athletes. We often enjoy the finished product on the track during tournaments without seeing what they go through to get there. Glad I got to see this. Makes me appreciate their performance on the big stage even more.

Crazy how he sees massive differences from one hurdle to the next and it all looks identical to me. 🤣🤣

Fantastic. You have to surrender your faith wholeheartedly to the coach and to the spirit of the hurdles and everything else then seems to take care of itself

Keni one of the most consistent hurdlers we have ever seen. Does not get the recognition she deserves because this generation of women hurdlers are so deep talent-wise. Hats off to Keni, you have a lot of supporters out here 👍

Best advice: Keep ur head down for the 1st 3sec to remain in your own game. ❤ dont go chasing anyone... let them chase you. 🎉

Hey do anyone know the spacing between the hurdles preferably the hurdles she’s five stepping
@kaylarichards83142 жыл бұрын
What does laying the hurdles on the ground do?
@kennethcoleman13782 жыл бұрын
laying the second or third one down just allows the athlete to run off the previous hurdle if they aren't going through to the next couple hurdles. Laying the first two down is to work on your start to make sure your steps out the blocks to the first hurdle are on point before you actually hurdle.

YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BEAT THE BORIQUA!!!!
@cavaleer2 жыл бұрын
Funny to me how she's not American but foreign even though her hurdle running father who trained her is American. Not clear to me how that works. Same with Lamont Jacobs, Ben Simmons and Andrew Wiggins. Ain't nothing in any of those places ever looked like them but hundreds and thousands of Americans have. Thoroughly irrational.

What’s wild is the boriqua was her old training partner and that’s her old coach who got her crazy good in colllege.
