Cool vid Peter - day from hell here, lol - wandered out, nothing would start - 3 yokes ready for collection, none would fire up. A lesson to all.. I - tbh - was flustered for a bit. First was a partner that got a new rail sensor - suddenly a crank no start.. second was a disco 3 that had been welded - now a crank no start.. third was a Navara in for engine repair - it did start, now it wouldn't.. Spent the entire day re-fixing the 3.. Partner was a blockage in the fuel tank - took ages to find/sort. Navara was no fuel, lol - busted gauge showing half full.. I was panicking I'd fried the Disco 3 - rang owner, he goes "Ah yeah, it's always an absolute sod to start first thing, does my head in....." Coulda told me, Pal.... Had a proper goo, turned out the engine temp sensor was shagged - they won't start when them are busted, if its cold. Today was cold. Head, melted for no reason.. Fixed that but it would have been nice if the owner mentioned the issue beforehand.. The joys of fixing yokes.. There will be days like that - just not too often, hopefully.

@@jamesward5721 😂😂😂 I really don’t like that when I inherit problems that were there before me repairing another issue. And it does happen. Well done for getting all 3 sorted though mate 💪💪💪

@@kennedysgarage3281 My last crappo-vid might save some mechanics a good few hours. It's as rubbish as all my vids, but the key info is relevant. Have a look and tell me your thoughts, Peter.

Had a Berlingo once with a diesel tank full of snails blocking the pickup, used to cut out once it got to 1/4 tank. The joys!

Great to see real mechanic work, head scratchers and day to day stuff we deal with, it's not clean hands get dirty and it's always learning no matter how long you've been doing it. Cars are always changing. For those who complain about dirty hands in customers cars, we clean them when they're fixed, well the young lad cleans them! Keep up the good work your videos are all worth watching. Real life mechanic work. 👍

Got an electric car Peter, great yoke. No more oil changes. Although managed to bust a tyre ( drove flat..dont ask why or how) 200e for a Michelin replacement. Yesterday windscreen cracked 1300euro. ( hopefully missus has windscreen cover). MAZDA 3 still going strong. No more bunnyhopping ( turns out i was leaving foot on clutch in second gear) must be seriously sensitive pedal.

@@bastogne315 the EVs are a great second car just to avoid worrying about leaving the at airports etc. and having enough charge to get home. So keep the Mazda 3 for that. Your like me on a Saturday, chilling out a little and watching/commenting on the Tube 😉👍👍👍

Hi Peter, I have a cx5 that id like you to look at , presuming it's injector seals because it's giving low oil pressure warning and also crankshaft position warning

Nice and very explanatory video , great work ! I may have a question if not to much trouble, I have seen your autel diagnostic and I'm wondering which one is . I own an autel maxisys ms906bt for the last four years but I'm thinking that is time to upgrade my diagnostic and I can't decide between autel and autocom Icon. I like the versatility and all in one concept of autel but I have some concerns with the autel updates (with some updates trough this year I lost some functions on my machine) so I wanted to know which version you have and how happy you are with the capability of the autel. Thank you ! PS. Sorry for the long comment

Hello fellas, i have a Mazda cx 5 2012 2.2 Diesel, i just got a check engine light. Went to a shop they told me that i have a high oil pressure, also i noticed when i release the gas pedal at 3000 revs i have a blow by from the air filter. Anyone has a hint about what can this be ?
