Joel, you do know that you're viola player, right?! 😂 All ribbing aside, I like this type of content, since I'm a violin and viola hack (enthusiast) lol. I'm not the greatest violin or viola player, but I can say from playing flutes, saxophones, and guitars that, if and when one is of sufficient experience to able to take the player's ability off the table, the choice is biased towards optimizing tonal character and fingering to achieve the best musicality. Voicing is important.. when I play or attempt to play violin or viola, I'm just happy if it sounds ok, even if it's not optimal.😂 😉 Anyhoo, thanks for taking the time to prepare these motivational videos. 👍🎻
