Wow, Orlando's prices are getting nutty! I remember back when my parents bought their house in 2016, getting a house that's priced at 380k was big money. Not to mention all the fire sales in the low 200s for all 3k sqft houses on short sale in 2012.

The Waverly has a beautiful view (of the Lake Eola fountain) until you look left and and see the Amphitheatre painted in those Groomer colors.

I would have guessed way way less on all three properties. Orlando home prices are getting out of control. So disappointing.

Those properties are all out of control. I guess Orlando area is only for the 1% now. Income for the cheapest property would have to be at least 140k just to survive. I would hate to see the HOA fees.

downtown for the most part is lame. Unless you're going to a concert or sports event.
