Mysterious noises heard in Stone Oak at night

Multiple residents posted on Nextdoor that they're hearing weird noises late at night. KENS 5 did some digging to try and solve the mystery.

I work at 1604 and Redland area. We have heard this multiple times during the day when the building will "rumble". Seriously like a very small quake, but we don't feel it though. Very strange. Started bout 8 weeks ago and had happened 4 or 5 times.

@@8731GC It started to happen regularly here in central Poland this spring too. Every few weeks a loud sonic boom is heard across the city and suburbs at night, usually at hours 2-5 am. Another city nearby also heard those. Most likely it's jets travelling at high speeds or some other military activity. Resembles gas explosion. I have doubts if it's unintentional. It's like they want to give You a heart attack or at least give You a sense of insecurity.

@@buoazej I’ve been interested in “what or whom” is the cause for a few years - no explanations. I’ve heard it 1 time back in 2020 near Boston at night probably 10/11pm during winter so it’s wasn’t Fireworks & I know gxn shot’s wasn’t that either. It’s sounds near yet very far & it sounds like from the sky 🌌 not ground level. Maybe underground building

I live in castle hills area and I’ve heard like a boom a few days ago I was in my bedroom and felt like a small shake lasted for a second but at night I can hear a faint boom from a distance one night I had gone to bed got all comfy and I seen looked like lighting I got up and looked out the window it was clear out so I’m not the only one that hears this boom and it’s not fireworks or gunfire 🤔
