Surely, no one can 'replace' Simon, Bloke in the Woods in your videos...but you are a full-timer and Simon works hard at a regular day job. Ah yes, the legendary Dutch Oven. Congrats on your first D.O., learn to keep it we'll seasoned and you'll never have a bad meal from it. They truly are a great cooking tool beyond any others, except perhaps the fabled cast iron skillet and the beautifully designed cast iron Wok. With these three tools, anyone can rule a kitchen, indoors or outdoors. For more amazing Dutch Oven recipes, check out Kent Rollins here on KZbin if you haven't already. He's very well known for his outdoor cooking with cast iron skillets and Dutch Ovens. He's an excellent Cowboy Chef, if nothing else, and he's a pretty funny jokester as well.

This has inspired me to put a big diesel motor in my Explorer! We dont get diesel engines in our mid size SuV's or any size SUV for that matter here in the USA. That said , we do get huge stonkin diesels in our full size pick ups . Im going to transplant one of those in my little Explorer.
