Good to see how you cooked it I can only eat 2 maybe 3 pieces when KFC is hot otherwise it turns my stomach . my wife does it in the oven and now seeing your cook I want to try it on my kamado and bonus cooking it like that is better for my less than stellar physique 😢 Cheers

It has far too much pepper for here in the UK, as that is all you can taste and smell. maybe the pepper here is strong.

Looks great! I will be trying this on my kettle. IMHO the background music is most annoying. Almost quit watching because of it.
