I noticed this myself when I stopped posting my videos with hashtags with hopes of getting viral or getting more views, because I knew those who really care and appreciate what I make the way I are very few and will see my stuff no matter how much If I promote my content or no. And it's those people but especially myself that drives me into putting my work out and not hoping of hitting big numbers just makes the pressure of it all less and therefore the enjoyment of making it more.

Uhm your intro immediately caught my attention, like all of it. If I can make this level of content, ok I think I'll have success. Social media is something I rely on too, sadly, but hopefully I can use it for good. The sound design on this thing is tight, I love all the usage of heavy bass and ambience. great video and great message, but the social experiment of Joshua Bell is kinda flawed, because when people pay to listen to him, they make a willful choice, while when he played in the subway station he was "imposing" his music onto others, it wasn't the same.

This is true. You raise a valid point. I think the experiment was designed to explore how context influences our perception of value, but you're right-it wasn't a perfect comparison. people might have been preoccupied, rushed, or not expecting to experience it. I do think it's incredibly interesting to me how much environment and mindset can shape our engagement - and ultimately how much we miss every day because of all the things we chose not to see. that being said - thanks for watching giving me a chance to think about this!! :))
