Ingredients
Duck-1 kg
Chilli Powder-1 1/2tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Coriander Powder-1 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala -11/2tsp
Crushed Pepper-1/2tsp
Green chilli-6
Garlic-6 cloves + 10 cloves
Ginger -1 medium
Curry leaves -
Small onion -10 +10
Big Onion -2
Oil
Vinegar-3tbsp
Hot Water-1cup
Method
In a kadai add onions, ginger garlic green chilli paste, all powders, salt, curry leaves, vinegar.
Mix well ..Then add duck pieces and mix .. Add hot water and close and cook well..
Then shallow fry cooked pieces and keep aside ..
Now heat oil and add onion and garlic, saute well till golden ..
Then add this to the gravy and roast ..
Add garam masala and mix well..
Then to that add fried duck and mix well and dry roast it ..Finally, sprinkle pepper ..
Add curry leaves and coconut oil ..close for few minutes and serve ..
