13:00 CombatShield and Stim should not need to be researched in the mission itself, but you bought those upgrades for money between the missions. I remember you said a week? ago, that you lost your saves. Did you recover it? I guess you may have lost all the upgrades you already bought in the game. Which would be a HUGE problem, because the upgrades are very important (better turrets, bunker, units...) (Not sure if you figure it out at the end, just posting while I watch the video) Edit: Yeah, you figured it out - well, let's keep my comment for the algorithm :)

Merc compounds in this mod are shared, you can see UpaTree already technically owns it while Harstem builds from it. The issue here seems to be UpaTree's lack of saves since he doesn't even have access to War Pigs which automatically unlock after Zero Hour.
