9:39 if we respond to the Supplier trigger since they're hellbent, they both can't Birthing Ritual or cast Gravecrawler. Not that it really matters since you're in such a commanding position, but it lets you Phlage face and start turning the corner quicker.

The audio was doing something weird for the first 2 rounds. It's fixed for round 3. I pointed it out at the beginning of the video.

R3G1 when the oppenent F6'ed through saving their frog, they also could have activated the second ability to dodge the Rough. Discarding is probably still the better play, but just another interaction I thought was interesting. Thanks for another great video ❤

R2G3 when you conceded at 2 life you still had an out. Tap ring to draw, bowmaster pings you down to 1, ring draws you into replacement ring which buys you a turn, on the new turn draw verdict and stabilize.

Im not intreatwd in sounding sassy, but woudn't have been better to cast the dispute on the frog at 47:20 to make him use a counterspell, so that next turn you coud have the mana to resolve the final one ring or have him tap out exept for one and the slam the one ring ? The card is so strong i belive it justifies card disadvantage. Cheers

@1:16:40 Paused the video here for like 5 minutes to even just TRY and conceive a line. The best I came up with is to play the Teferi, bounce the LB with your LB under it, then use that LB to free Omnath, then play Keruga to draw 3 and if you hit a fetch you can flip the entire script. Edit: I'm so fucking proud of Bosh for catching the same line in the heat of the moment Edit 2: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

My first ever MTGO Challenge top 8 with this type of Keruga deck was during the time Up the Beanstalk was legal aha, I loved beating up on those decks! I think Beanstalk is better in Legacy purely because Wasteland (not legal in Modern) otherwise Ring is the superior card advantage engine in my experience.

Wait, if cascade and Keruga have the same restrictions, then why doesn't cascade run Keruga as companion more often? Does it just do so little that it's not even worth a sideboard slot?

Because Cascade doesn't usually have permanents in play and it usually does need all its sideboard slots. A companion is never free.

Once again I will comment that it is wild that Keruga says 3 cmc spells, Lurrus said 2 cmc permanents. The fact that you could have a k-command back then, but Keruga can't have a push is incredible.
