That block cheats from going the depth and actually the best push up is if his hands are on two blocks so he can get an even deeper stretch in the push up. But when you’re doing 500 then yeah 90 degree elbows and away you go to set records I get it lol
@saisatya49177 сағат бұрын
@ ..but at least it is really great he did something with bare hands with same accuracy from the evening which I have never seen so far. He did the pushups continuously without even a break with same rhythm. We should really appreciate that,
@b-rare3 сағат бұрын
@ I agree that would classify as a push up but it’s not a very good one but yes if you’re trying to see how many you can do without stopping that’s how you’d perform the push up . If you want to build a bigger chest don’t do that go for more of a stretch / deeper

This is the best push up feat I've seen on KZbin. 500 successive pushups without going to knees once and maintaining form. Full pushup, full extension, full downward movement to the brick. Constant pace throughout of about 23 pushups per minute. He didn't speed through, say 30, then rest on his hands for forty seconds. Constant pace. There were intermittent brief pauses of several seconds, so his average rate of doing one pushup was around one second. That is much more fatiguing that pressing out pushups at the rate of, say two a second, then resting. What amazed me was the fatigue and pain he was in on number 300. And then he did 200 more. Risk of injury is very high with this effort. I wonder if he had shoulder pain for a period of a month to six weeks after this. One way to continue despite fatigued triceps/shoulders is to shift the angle of the hands and of the elbows to stress less fatigued angles. But he never does this. His angles are constant throughout. That is very difficult but helps to prevent injury from flaring elbows to perpendicular to body, which will injure the shoulder.

lemme tell you a lill story u can chose to believe or not, a few years back i applied to a mountain rescue service course in my country, just out of fun and curiosity i was at my lowest physical strength and endurance at that time of life also mentally, it was wild they even let me apply but i somehow got through the preliminary rounds and got into a 2 week course that was placed on a mountain in Europe, it was 2 weeks of pure hell, i was a smoker and a heavy drinker at that time, on the last day of the course they said we were go on an easy run 10k, we ended up running for 30km and at the end of the run they lied to us again telling us we would go to eat and have a rest, lol we went to a local basketball field and the dude made us do 250 pushups, and we thought we were finally done, then the instructor started counting backwards. 500 pushups later i could barely stand, but hell that insane man showed me what incredible creatures humans are and how much strength we poses, ofcourse this all happened coz i was in a group mentality and i could never again summon this kind of strength alone, but still its crazy what people can do and dont even know it. So you know its in you, most people can do it, its just buried under layers of something.
