Hi foodies, today i am back with another keto recipe, blueberry coconut pancakes. It's now day 22 of my journey to reduce my weight. In the first 2 weeks i observed that i was losing inches although my weight remained the same. I had more energy than i have had in a long while and was no longer running tired and sleepy during the day. Although it's challenging to satisfy my meals/snack cravings on a Keto diet, it's not impossible. I'm having fun with recipes and I surprise myself almost each time i complete a dish and desserts. It's my 22nd day and i have lost a few inches and 5 pounds. Its amazing how great I feel as well.
