Hello sir, I love the way you make my life easy in learning and making different keto recepies.one thing I wanted to add is 5 essential seeds that can be used as a part of keto.pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds,melon seeds, flexseeds and white sesame seeds.i dry roast them or add some ghee to eat it once in a while or the other best way is to make a powder of all the seeds and use it in any of the dish , can also be used as binding.

I know that coriander and parsley look alike, but they taste completely different. In brazilian couisine, specially in the northeastern region, which has a lot of influence from african and arabian couisine (along with the indigenous couisine and the influence from Portugal and Spain), we use it a lot. But, in the south and southeast of Brazil, which has more european influence, from Italy and Germany mostly, they use more parsley than coriander. Actually, most people in the south hate coriander. And the few southern/southeastern people that use it, its more because they are northeastern migrants or are northeastern descendents. Scientists believe that people who hate coriander, hate it because they have a genetic condition that makes them feel that coriander tastes like soap, hahaha. Fortunately, I'm northeastern and we love coriander.

Yes indeed. I am aware I was just saying sometimes cooking shows replace items because as long as it looks the same they can substitute and get away with it. Like many times if we can't get cayenne pepper in India a show would make us use chilly powder because it looks the same. Of course not saying the taste is similar at all. I actually know someone who has this issue with coriander. She just can't eat it.
