Dave if you get the shell in with the egg in the bowl take one of your half empty shells and you can scoop the shell up in the empty egg shell. It jumps right into the empty shell like magic. ❤

I've thought about making these but haven't yet. I think I will now, and will mix everything in with the egg whites and then just pour that in. I think I'll like having it mixed through. And I'll probably leave in half of the egg yolks. And I do have the silicone muffin pan! I really enjoy "regular" people doing cooking on KZbin. I'm a regular person, and while I have more cooking experience than average, I'm sure as heck not a pro. The recipe looks great! Thanks for this!

I made these before they sold them in Starbucks. It was a go to with one of our ‘diet plans’. Lots of options for fillings and you can freeze them. The silicone pan does work well (that’s the only thing I use them for - normally I dislike the silicone pans) They pop out easily. Good job!

Dave, buy the liquid egg whites at Aldi. A carton is around $3.50 and equal to 20 eggs. I’m going to try these next week. I’ve been meal prepping breakfast.

I’m in England and eggs are very expensive. Liquid egg whites are cheaper, that’s why I use. I also add the filling first and then top up with the liquid mixture.

All those egg yolks- You can make yummy chocolate or vanilla pudding / filling. Then you can either just straight up eat, or use it to fill cream puffs & eclairs, or make cream pies.

Costco sells Starbucks Egg Bites in a box for $15, you get five 2-piece servings, half the price of Starbucks stores. The bacon gruyere bites are whole eggs, not just egg whites.

cook the yokes and give them to your doggo. throw the shells in the blender and chop very fine, Add them to your veggie garden or toss them on your lawn to add calcium.

Dave egg shell gravitates to egg shell. When you have a lil piece in bowl take the bigger piece and put next to smaller, and it will go right in... Try it, it works. Also if you crack an egg and just open it a lil the white will fall out leaving the yolk.....Your Welcome hahahahaha
