Food quality for meat and veg, super important.. get organic, pastured, grass fed, etc.. for animal products... The Dirty Dozen list helps with which veggies to buy organic, and which you can get away with when on a budget. Usually the huge egg cartons aren't the greatest quality, If ambiguous around previous markers, Hens per hectare is usually a good marker of egg quality. Personally I wouldn't go over 1500 hens p/hectare. Grass fed beef/bison over sausages for me any day, less processed usually.. I'm in Australia, Kangaroo is an awesome option. It's really lean, but super nutrient dense, and they are ethically hunted like deer, not farmed like cows. Things like goat cheese, feta, olives, avocado, EVOO.. and tonnes of herbs and veggies. Wild caught sardines super good. I'd grab some Matcha, ACV, Lemon, Celtic Sea Salt and Raw Cacao too if it's needed. Other staples, Ceylon Cinnamon for blood sugar, and mustard seed for putting sulforaphane back into Cruciferous vegetables.

Love this video thanks for doing it. It's funny I hear so much bad about Keto and 7 months ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. So I go to a diabetes doctor and they put me on Keto. So I go back for my check up and I'm down 63 lbs and I am off two blood pressure meds and about to be off my sugar meds.

Fysiel I have found out that the best eating program it something that you will be able to live with for your entire life. So you have to eat clean but also beware that if you don’t like the food you chose then we will not stay on the clean program. So I eat clean , but I also make allowances in my diet , because after all I’m not a KZbin model or anything like that. I just had a passion for training and clean living. Lol, just my thoughts on a daily program. 🤣🤣🤣👍👍

Just a heads up. Ghee is simply clarified butter. You can save money and just buy butter and heat it gently until the dairy solids separate out and just pour it through a screen or cheesecloth to remove the solids. Nutritionally speaking, regular butter and ghee are very similar. The greatest benefit of cooking with ghee is the ability to cook at higher heat levels without burning it up. Removing the milk solids raises the smoke point.

@@MegaJojhan According to this article I just read, there's not much difference between fresh vs frozen fruits and vegetables. They both lose some of their nutrients before they arrive to the supermarket. If you want the most nutrients, then you'd have to eat fruits and vegetables immediately after they're picked, so in that case it might be a good idea to grow your own fruits and vegetables. www.healthline.com/nutrition/fresh-vs-frozen-fruit-and-vegetables#section3

I Never understand these bodybuilding/diet videos. They tell you to drink almond milk because dairy is bad and many people are lactose intollerant or something. But then they tell you to eat Cheese and greek yoghurt because apparently they are not dairy products? Im lactose intollerant and i cant eat Cheese or drink milk without vomiting 2 minutes after.
@MrSeatide5 жыл бұрын
They dont say you have to take cheese or yoghurt. They just say almond milk is a good milk for people who are lactose intollerant as well good for keto. Also dairy is not bad. Dairy in moderation is ok with low fat percentage or high fat low carb percentsage like almond milk. If you are lactose intollerant you already have to change your eating habits. Everything he shows here is for a wider audience including giving tips for lactose intollerant people.

I'm very much looking forward to the keto stuffed bell peppers. I only know stuffed bell peppers with minced meat and rice. Also, my favorite keto friendly foot is protein bread. The type I always buy has like 4 grams of carbs per one slice. I usually eat 2-4 in a day, so that's 12-16 carbs. I don't get too many carbs form other sources, so staying below 35 grams of carbs is easy in that regard. But the protein bread fills me up with a nice, dense texture. Without the protein bread, I never know what to eat alongside meat and veggies - or eggs. I want something to chew on, even when I'm on keto.

Depending on a lot of livestock here. Keto must be the most non eco friendly life style out there. In addition to that you'll probably ingest lot's of pharmaceutical residues out of intensive animal husbandry. It's so easy to stay buff without animal products. Whole grains products are king man. And the whole protein shortage story is a myth, I swear (you don't need that much).
