Add in some hydrated bakers yeast to the egg mix and it will taste more bread like.

kiszka is very good but you need to eat it warm, best grilled :) I'm Polish and in my opinion flaki/flaczki is the worst Polish food ever:D The funny thing is , you pronounced 'zdrowie' better than your Polish wife (you just missed 'na'). Twaróg is better when mixed with sth like natural yoghurt and adding a pinch of salt

I hope that water you used is filtered otherwise you ate a bunch of chemicals.

Let me understand. You've been married to a Polish woman and that's a very first time you've tried Polish food? What type of nonsense is that?
@cainfree680018 күн бұрын
there's still a looot more to try, Golabki (kabbage rolls stuffed with minced meat +rice-optional, cooked in tomato sauce, served with e.g. potatoes), Kopytka/Szagówki with Sauerkraut (google it, I'm lazy ^^), Gulasz (every region/family has their own twist on it) and my personal favorite Pyrki z Gzikiem (whole, unpeeled, cooked potatoes and Twarog mixed with Smietana and some onions, you peel the potato, put some Gzik on it, a bit of butter and salt it)

For God's sake, who serves cold kaszanka and not mixed steak tartare and without spices??? You can't complain that he didn't like it, no one would like it! I'm sorry but you should ask your mother-in-law to make this blog with you. :( I'm sorry to your Polish wife, but unfortunately she doesn't know how to cook.

Befsztyk tatarski or in English steak tartare isn't actually Polish dish, it's served all around the world with different condiments as long as prepared properly it isn't health hazard and it does originate from Asian tribe called Tatars (for some reason French like to think they did invented it LMAO). The reason why it is in this video I suppose is because it is quite popular in Poland.

I actually never ate flaki, until I was out of money, broke and it was one of not many things I had to eat. I think you shouldn't chew it.. it's a soup, treat flaki as noodle and then the soup is actually fine maybe even good.

@robertlang8952Ай бұрын
Flaczki has been traslted in simplified and mileading way in my opinion, it is a stomach or tripe... the guts stands for bowels wchich is not part of tripe soup dish... it is used in production of sausages and no1 complains and if you think about it the guts are more discusting as their function is to transport the extrements to the external location ie toilet lmao pozdrawiam

Fore everyone interested, this doesn't taste like bread at all! It doesn't smell like bread and It also doesn't have the consistency of bred. It is not brad and should't be called "keto bread" just because it somehow looks like bread on pictures. It's just a fluffy omelette. If you make an egg in the pan and leave it lust a bit to long and some of the egg white gets brown,...that's exactly how it tastes like

I'm about to try this recipe out in a few minutes for the first time. I read a lot of reviews that said they are pretty flavorless but I'm wondering if a bit of everything bagel seasoning on top or a bit of onion and garlic powder in the mix would help any. I might try the everything seasoning on one and see how it goes.

Have you been as disappointed as I was?
@christophermetz15502 ай бұрын
@mementomori4972 no I actually had good results. I used cream cheese instead of Greek yogurt and I added a bit of seasoning. Made great flat bread style sandwiches and my kids liked it with some butter. I was shocked that they liked it so much.
@mementomori49722 ай бұрын
@@christophermetz1550 Yeah, it just is nothing like bread. It's like a fluffy omelette. It doesn't smell like bread, it doesn't taste like bread and it doesn't have the consistency of bread. So at the end it didn't bring more variety or enjoyment to my diet. I was more of a fan of the cauliflower pizza.
@christophermetz15502 ай бұрын
@@mementomori4972 it definitely wasn't like sliced bread. Mine wasn't all that fluffy either. It turned out more like a flat bread. It was pretty strong though and held together like you would expect a tortilla to be.
@mementomori49722 ай бұрын
@@christophermetz1550 Maybe you didn't fold it lightly enough, but it doesn't matter, even if it's like a tortilla (so basically like a standard omelette) it has nothing of bread.
