When I bring the rotisserie chicken home from the store, I take all the meat off the bone and store just the meat. Doesn't take long when the chicken is warm. Just thought I would put that out there. :)

Hey Kristi! Happy New Year! 🎉 I don't exactly meal prep. I prep ingredients. For example, when I buy ground beef, I freeze some in patties (either partly cooked for recipes where they will be cooked again in a sauce, etc. or uncooked for making hamburgers) and I will precook ground beef and freeze in 1 lb quantities (approximately 2 cups) for those recipes that start: "Take a pound of ground beef and cook and crumble until no longer pink..." 😁 It only takes a minute or two to defrost in the microwave. I only make the mess once and it doesn't limit me to what we eat. Thank you for sharing these awesome ideas recipes! ❤

I usually cut the rotisserie chicken into quarters to eat for dinner or lunch. I also like to add it to broccoli soup with a little cauliflower rice to make it more filling.

Almonds are high in oxalates. I just thought about your joints hurting and oxalates can cause joint issues. Just a thought. Hope your day is wonderful

Happy New Year Kristi and family. Great video. I like your method for making the shake. I do add an ice cube or two last and reblend to cool the shake off. The peanut mix is good and I'm not a person that does everything peanut butter.

Everything looks so delicious. I think when I make the soup I will add the chicken bones for added flavor and remove when finished cooking for whatever collagen it may add to the soup base. Does this sound ok?

I’m actually looking forward to next week’s meal prep with all these ideas. Just curious would it be possible at all to make the pizza bites/ham and cheese balls into something sweet or is it just easier to find a fat bomb recipe instead? I’ve just been kind of wanting something hot instead of cold or frozen. And there’s so many recipes out there it gets kinda overwhelming knowing what’s actually good and what’s not.

I went back and rewatched,you didn’t add water,correct. I’ve been adding cream,then filling filling to the top line with water,so it’s okay not to use water,it’s just a preference. I like your way better.

I wasn't crazy about the Perfect Keto salted caramel collagen powder or the chocolate mallow bars😶...so is the peanut butter mallow bars good or the chocolate/peanut butter collagen any better?

I am not a fan of perfect keto products but I found that these are the only things they have that I like it chocolate. Peanut butter and no flavor collagen, I also Ike the peanut Nola bars that all that I like and I have tired all there stuff except the greens powder mix I got one to try hopefully it good hope this helps some

Was there a certain test your doctor prescribed to determine you were a type 1 diabetic? I am a type 2, but my numbers and A1C have been going up the past several months while doing keto/carnivore. I was just recently put on long acting insulin this week. I want to make sure if I am becoming a type 1 also like you.
