Keto Naan Bread | Low Carb Flat bread | Almond and Coconut flour. Easy
Just under 5 carbs per serving, this easy keto naan bread is so easy to whip up in without a moment’s notice.
Keto / low carb naan (flatbread)
1c almond flour
2 T coconut flour
2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
whisk together
Add in
1 extra large egg
2 Tblsp Sour Cream
Dough will start to form Add
1 Tblsp of water (may need more)
allow liquid to aborb
Cut into 4 equal pieces and press flat (wet hands and flatten or press between 2 sheets of parchmant paper.
Heat
1 Tblsp of oil in pan on medium high heat. Fry about 1 min on each side, brush with butter while hot.
