I used to make this years ago when I was young and had never had real cheesecake, but with fake whipped cream, premade graham cracker crust and canned cherry pie filling, and I LOVED it. 😆 I've always wanted to make it again, keto-style, but never have. This is a great one. I found this no-bake cheesecake recipe a few years ago, but with crackers for a base.. so, I just make the filling and eat it with strawberries and other toppings.. but I make it with lime juice.. it really gives it a great tangy taste.. just like real cheesecake. 👍

This turned out great! Simple and delicious! I was only making half of it because I didn't have 8 oz of cream cheese but accidentally added the full amount of sweetener 😐 I tried to rescue it by adding more heavy cream. I had some raspberries and the tartness offset the sweetness so not a total loss!
