Here at CJ's keto kitchen, it's our goal to share classic dessert recipes with you, that I have tried my best to make keto lifestyle appropriate. Over-the-top desserts can be fun, but you just can't beat a classic cookie recipe! So today I'm sharing my white chocolate macadamia nut cookie secrets with you. It took me several attempts to find just the right recipe and process! These White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies have slightly crisp edges with soft and chewy centers. Loaded with extra white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, these are guaranteed to be your new favorite cookie, and are a nice change from regular chocolate chip cookies. They have that coveted sweet/salty combo....with the creamy white chocolate balancing out the salty, buttery fat-laden goodness of macadamia nuts. I have been craving White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies since I started my Keto way of eating. It is hard to pass them up from the local grocery bakery where I used to pick up a couple from time to time. Now, I don't have to feel guilty for my guilty pleasure. Sarah!! These cookies are incredible. I don’t remember liking white chocolate macadamia cookies this much! These keto ones might be better than the wheat-y sugary originals. I used Swerve instead of Sukrin and Lily’s white chocolate baking bar instead of the Bake Believe chips, but otherwise I stayed faithful to your recipe. The whole recipe from start to finish went as advertised. Also, these freeze and then bake incredibly well. Thank you for this!

loved these sooo much! been making lots of keto cookies but these might just be the best. i took half the batch and instead of white chocolate and mac nuts i used the dark chocolate chips(same brand) with walnuts and a pinch of flaked sea salt to finish. both are excellent! can't decide which i like better. only problem is i just ate 5 of them. you do great work and i really love the whole aesthetic and vibe of your videos.

Before going keto I would buy one of two flavors of Pepperidge Farm cookies: white macadamia nut and coconut chocolate chip and it has been so long since I bought them I can’t remember whether the Mauis have nuts or not. Thanks for putting all the effort into making this keto version so we can all enjoy these flavors again. I think I will try to use your cookie base and your tips to add the ingredients to make them a Maui cookie with coconut flakes dark chocolate chips and some kind of nut. 20 or so cookies of each flavor should last me a good while. I hope they freeze well. Thanks for all your efforts. I get excited when I see a new video notification. You’re one of my favorites.!
