For me a kettlebell is often light enough to get away with imperfect technique as long as you're careful overall.

this is a bug, not a feature. you should use one heavy enough that you can see the flaws in your technique, otherwise you're positioning yourself for inevitable injury

@@kyo3ko I've got a 32kg for goblet squats . The only time I've been injured is lifting too heavy for myself especially in deadlift. I'm 40 so for me moving forward it's a trapbar & deadlifts off blocks rather than the floor 👍

@@travis3430 i disagree, if you preemptively shorten your range of motion you will get exactly what you train for. full ROM, always if possible
