I used 10 kg for round 1 and 12 kg for the remainder of the workout. I feel it can bring strength to the core right through the glutes and legs and upper body. Love the idea that it can slow aging, with regular exercise to maintain the muscle mass which keeps me going. Thank you Angie and Gregory for another great training session. xx

I loved this workout. I just started and I've gone from an 8 lb kettlebell to a 12 lb kettlebell in a week. I can't wait to see my results over the year. 💪

Awesome workout, I used my newly acquired 16 kg kettlebell and it left me shaking ( I’m used to 10 kg dumbbells)! Thank you for sharing!

Thank you Gregory! The best aspect of your workouts is the pacing. If I follow you, I can get through it.

My thigh muscles are very tight and greatly affect my flexibility. I find it difficult to crouch or squat in normal circumstances and this affects the goblet squat. I try stretching but not enough

Looks good, Lebe! I signed up for the 30 day free trial. Is the $49 price a one-time purchase, or a monthly subscription? Also, I'm sure it will tell me I'm the course, but what size kettlebells should I use to start? I'm a 58 year -old male, 6'1" with slightly better than average build, 215 lbs (for now, goal is 175-180 slim, more with muscle building). I have 10 lbs, and 16kg already. Thank you! I'm going to do this! (Bangor, Maine USA)

Awesome! The 49 is monthly subscription; there is a one-time purchase however. If you want the best offer (which is highly limited), check this: www.lebestark.ch/startseite-english/become-a-kettlebell-ninja-lebe-stark-bundle-subscription/ 16 KG sounds like a good start for your build. If it's too heavy, opt in for a 12 KG. - Gregory

Thanks for this video Gregory. Was that a 28kg you are using from 2nd round onwards and 32kg at round 4? Boy that is heavy.

Allow me to play the devil's advocate here regarding the title of the video. How will performing this workout slow aging or lose a belly? How many times a day should I perform this set of exercises to lose belly fat? Weight loss is fundamentally calorie-intake based and what evidence is there for slowdown of aging (honestly not even sure that means :) )? How does this workout accelerate belly fat loss or reduce aging compared to any of the other 30 minute workout videos that would roughly burn the same amount of calories given the tempo and muscle groups engaged?
@lebe-stark2 жыл бұрын
Don’t overthink the title and just do the workout Adam! 👊 - Gregory

@@lebe-stark if you'd seen my belly you'd realise the title is important XD

What a coincidence, I was just looking at my belly and telling it I didn't want to see its face anymore. 😝

Did 2 rounds....

Nice workout, but it isn’t absolutely necessary to show us all four rounds. One demonstration with an instruction to repeat four times would be sufficient. The stretches in the cooldown look interesting, a brief exposition of the techniques would be useful.

A follow along workout is not the same as a form/ technique instructional video. - Gregory

It wouldn’t be the same without the entire set and it would be so lonely too.
@GauravMahajanAvaron2 жыл бұрын
Bro him showing all the rounds is how my lazy ass, and I believe many others, get up and get through the sweat and complete the workout. It helps us focus.
@marceltanaka2 жыл бұрын
IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to show us all four rounds, as some people feel more motivated doing the exercises together
