I am a physician who sees patients generally 65 years-old and up. I have seen patients that have had amazing results from spacers placed by Dr. McCarthy. The first patient that I saw who had the procedure was 73 years-old. He told me he had back surgery 3 weeks earlier and was moving like he was 25 years-old. I thought he was joking until he showed me the scar. One year later he was still doing very well. This is incredible compared to the traditional back surgeries available over the past 30 years.
