---------------- INGREDIENTS --------------------
MIX OF 11 ORIGINAL KFC HERBS AND SPICES *
-2 cups flour
-2/3 tbsp salt
-1/2 tbsp dried thyme
-1/2 tbsp dried basil
-1/3 tbsp dried oregano
-1 tbsp celery salt
-1 tbsp ground black pepper
-1 tbsp mustard powder
-1 tbsp paprika or sweet paprika
-2 tbsp garlic salt
-1 tbsp ground ginger
-3 tbsp ground white pepper
+
½ tbsp MSG or monosodium glutamate
taken from the Chicago Tribune research (www.chicagotri..., modifying only the amount of paprika
MARINADE
-2 cups milk + 2 cups of water
-2 eggs
-Salt
TOPPING:
-Flour
-3 eggs + 2 cups plain soda or carbonated water
ALSO USE:
-About 6 legs and 6 chicken breasts
-a huge can of canola oil (for frying)
