Can you die psychologically today to everything that you have known?
Q: If I find that I am greedy, sensual and selfish, how can I know whether this kind of living is good or bad unless I already have some preconceptions of the good?
Q: How can one quiet the mind or free the mind from interruptions of the past?
Q: When you speak of relationships, you speak always of a man and a woman. Would the same things also apply to a man and a man or a woman and a woman?
Q: How are we to free ourselves from the fragments of painful and fearful experiences so that the past won’t have a grip on us?

As impressive as his words are, they are only words for us. Not until we live and experience them for ourselves can we realize the value and truth of them. No matter how young or old, a life's journey for sure.

He uses words to describe the world as it neutrally is in negatives in order to describe how it should be. Very human. It´s just the nature of words and thinking, no one is immune. Somehow, he does this in the name of unity. It´s quaint, interesting, tittelating. We are only viewpoints on the whole and as such the whole itself and we see the world, never as it is, but as it seems. Our words are like pheromones for ants or birdsong. Communication in all its flawed glory. I don´t get why there has to be something wrong with what is, even with that aspect. Isn´t it obvious that our problems with different viewpoints and violence stem only from our fear of death and the retreat of a viewpoint hiding behind the apparant wall of skin and lifetime? So how can the world be wrong then? How can you speak of corruption? Whose corruption? Why isn´t corruption simply part of it? Like disease is part of a healthy, thriving body? We cannot kill all germs without our bodies dying. He seems to forget that and get frustrated.

@@rickeshpatel4025 That means you start each day just live in present, as it is a fresh day. leaving your past (conditioning) behind. Even if that conditioning comes when you observe something just be aware of it. little by little you can win over it from my personal experience.

I found Krisnamurti two years ago on the internet. Then by circumstances of the pandemic I had time lots of time to stay alone and listen and consider K’s perspective. Each day I listen. Consider. Alone. Today in this talk he said “ die to everything you know” . “ you cannot cultivate love” . The world is in pandemic, and krishnamurti gave us all these talks. Because of this mans talks I see how we can change and we must. Its not the first time humanity is faced with the tragedy of life. Unless we change we will cycle thru indefinitely life’s tragedies. Id rather accept new perspectives, and consider how to “ die to everything”

We will inevitably live through tragedies, no matter what, because we insist on seeing it that way htrough nature and nurture (they are continuous, it is in our nature to nurture). But as an individual we might not consider them tragedies anymore, by changing our perspective, our identification. This is the only freedom there is from what is necessarily so. And it is terrific. It doesn´t have to get better. In stead it is possible to discover "better" and "worse" as just ways to divide the world. Which says very little about the world.

I like the way he speaks. His rithm, the calmness, the posh diction, the obvious emotion, frustration and then calmness again as he shakes off the limits. He is a connection to my grandfather, who saw him in Rotterdam and was very impressed. This is an opportunity to share a viewpoint with my grandfather again in spite of time. Showing time and death are not as absolute as I might think. Our accumulated experience doesn´t die, it fades at the edges until it blends in. Taking new form, like a drop evaporating on hot rock. Until it becomes part of the stream of information and the pattern of seperating and fading repeats in a new seperated individual, containing millions of years of experience. Like vapor forming rainclouds and new drops.

@@KINGJUNAID555 Well, he´s a bit judgemental, right? Always frustrated. And somehow it became very important people see it his way. He seems to miss we are already one, while he´s telling people we are already one. It´s a perpspective reversal, like you can say doctors are bastards, because they live of the misfortune of others. It is a different truth and it can be a helpful antidote for too much respect for a doctor. It is called trolling and it is the Tao´s way of expressing balance through young people these days.
