@@arulselva5169 if you put this into practice of your daily life from moment to moment, then yes, you are, I would suggest to try to observe your thoughts with out any effort to change the content of thoughts for 3 or more hours straight so when you will start understand jk more and later on jk will be your friend and inspiration to keep practising it , but you won’t need any teachers any more, u will become your own teacher, I also would suggest to take vipassana course it is also great tool to discover the nature of our suffering, now when I feel misery fear or other “unpleasant” feelings (now they are not actually unpleasant anymore) there is awareness how that feeling arises there is also awareness of the thoughts, since that awareness noticing constantly that constant change of your feelings and in your thoughts and you don’t try to change anything there is only observation of fact takes place, you finally become free of all suffering that is result of thoughts, for example when there is a sense of pain in your body happening almost at the same moment the thoughts comes in and crates resistance to that feeling of pain, and that resistance creates suffering additional to the feeling of pain, once attention will be strong enough to be aware of itself there is no place for any kind of sociological suffering at all. If more people tried to do what JK said that is observe your misery and stay with and observer all your feelings and thoughts every day every moment there would be more people like Krishnamurti

All experiences are limited. Even quantum physics says this exact thing. Therefore, knowledge is limited and the memory and the thinking and the thought too..And this limited thought is the cause of conflict... What a wonderful explaination.. I wish I was alive in Krishnamurti's era...

15:05 one wonders why a young nation like this (USA) is so caught up in the travail of experts... so we are losing our own... inward stability and clarity... and a sense of behaviour. This is true with the whole of humanity, not just with the USA. The experts, the specialists, the professors, the sophisticated and of course the gurus, the leaders of every kind and galore are literally bulldozing the human mind making it flat and manageable. To break through all this is the real creativity, again not as a reaction or a synthesis of opposites. The very perception of the fact as it is, without any distortion, brings its own action which is right under all circumstances. Easier said than done. This very sensitive observation and perception opens up new vistas and horizons in the human mind; if it is free from all reward/ punishment, reputation or any other psychological accumulation or some effort to be or become.

So we say, let's say that thought plays a big part in some relationship of yours. Thought is limited. Your relationship, your connection, is not contained in it--am I getting this right? So then, JK says...........Thought --> Sense of Division --> Conflict. And conflict is already 'the very essence of violence.' (Do not, suggests the speaker, do not begin to think that violence is 'out there'.)

Only thing I think Krishnamurti (with all due respect!!) misunderstands Atman to be the self. Atman is just a word for the consciousness he is talking about.

If everything thought has created is a source of division but language diversity and skins color I mean race weren’t created by thought. But if see closely it also create the division. How can you explain that ?
@igordomanski3477
@igordomanski3477 3 ай бұрын
Thought is not a problem as JK usually says, but a physiological derivative, a tool before anything else. If ONE feels like being a nobody, ONE doesn't think, or react, nor judge, neither condemn, reject or problematize. But as soon ONE is feeling like being somebody then thought will lead to unavoidable conflict sooner or later, no matter what it is, it will become a problem that will be solved only with the dissolution of the "self"; Until then, people will be able to fight about absolutely anything in the world, including lack or excess of diversity and so on...

That light is purposefully - probably it means that he intended to have the session in open natural env. For the tiny movement there was a halt in the flow of his speech, which he means not to account the glitch to sunlight rather his delay in taking action over his unconscious body reaction.

what if we are faced with a serious health condition (a problem )which can be handled by medicine and surgery .....do we seek to solve it by finding a solution ....or would it be self centred ness to extend life.

Thought, I would disagree, is indeed useful and vital to meditation. The speaker is being hypocritical to say otherwise. Those fine lectures are product of thoughtful meditation. Another hypocritical assertion is that if one says he knows, he does not know. This is not meant to be understood as absolute truth. It is designed to get you to think meditatively. In this respect, it is like a koan. Why hypocritical once again? Because the fine speaker would not be speaking to you if he did not know. In the same way, Laozi would not have written his Dào Dé Jīng if he did not know. That one who knows does not know is a statement to deepen your understanding. The question to be asked is, what is the not knowing referring to? That will ferry you to the next shore of query.

sir I think you have misunderstood the purpose of speaker how many time does he have to say to you that we are walking together, we are exploring no body is authority he is just using thought as a means of inquiry words are just a means to put his observations about human mind with people he is only instigating you to explore how can such humility be misconstrued as hypocrisy I just don't comprehend
