In the mid-to-late 1960's consultant Bill Drake made KFRC the dominate AM radio station in San Francisco, broadcasting from 415 Bush in the center of the city on a frequency of 610kc. Here is a fun (and somewhat risque!) blooper & gag reel the boys at the Big 610 put together around 1966-1967. My good friend and former William B. Ogden Radio Operational Engineering School buddy, Steve Newman, used to play this between classes while studying in Huntington Beach. Steve was kind enough to duplicate a copy for me and I share it once again, here, to create memories of a fantastically fun radio station that played "the hits" when AM radio was king!
