I’m a new subscriber to your channel. I can’t even explain how much I am enjoying your videos. I’m a north Louisiana girl and I dearly love boiled crawfish and shrimp. I have only tasted crab a couple of times. I have never tasted alligator or turtle. Those oysters that you cook on the grill look mighty fine! I absolutely cannot believe the size of these crappie that you’re catching. My husband used to take me to poverty point in early spring crappie fishing and man did we catch ‘em! He died three years ago today from brain cancer and I miss him terribly. We were married 39 years. I can’t seem to get none of the three sons to take me fishing with them. They always have their sons along and the boat is full. But Mama is about to raise a little hell if that’s what it takes! Lol Thanks so much for allowing us to come along on your adventures! This little ole widow sure enjoys them all! God bless

Ahh a lot of good memories in that water. My uncle and aunt live on the Texas side in Sabine county, Hemphill. We would go when we were kids from New Orleans and it was honestly like stepping back in time. I remember when the talk of the town was when they got a subway’s sandwiches. Would like to thank the wonderful people there who took care of us and did so much for us when we evacuated there for Katrina.

Aw Kate that makes my heart happy. She’s the cutest thing ever and your little Williams too. I thought about you and Ryan when my friends son Casey Toups and his wife drove to Alaska a couple weeks ago. I think he is stationed there for three years. It maybe the same base as y’all. Had I known I could have sent a bunch of seasoning for you guys. Well enjoy that beautiful place and send me some pictures if y’all get to go salmon fishing.
