Good video on benefits of Dates. It may be taken max 3 pieces per day as Taseer mein garam hotein hain. Date is Alkine in nature. Should be taken preferably with breakfast. Known to disturb sleep if taken in the evening or night.

Depends on your will power ! What to eat and how to digest it ! And how to utilise it. If you want to have it , have it when you go to walk for atleast an hour. Slowly try for kapalbhati and anulom vilom under proper guidence. This will utilise your sugar in blood and ofcourse regularily monitor it and than try...
