Quick question. Why do you mix up so much lime water and pandan water to throw half of it away? I have never made it before but I really want to try making it. Your direction is pretty straight forward and easy to follow but the amount of lime water and pandan water is really confusing.
@mayoulabramlett67934 жыл бұрын
@@SaengsKitchen when do you use it? Is it for when you want to make another batch? Or do you use a lot of water because you want the sediment to settle to the bottom of the pot/bowl? That would make a lot of sense if that is the case.

Saeng, great video! I wanted to ask if you are able to provide the amount of palm sugar in grams on the original recipe. I found a few variants of palm sugar in different block shapes and sizes. I was luckily able to find something that looked similar in shape from what you displayed in the video. I also think the flavor will vary in the Pandan leaves component if using by amount of leaves vs weight. I just don't want to miss out on any flavor. : ) I absolutely do not mean any disrespect by this comment, just something I think would be very helpful to us audience members. Thank you again for this video!
