The police or detectives need to use cell phone towers near that location to pin point that cellphone history on that day. Of the individuals that appeared on the surveillance cameras That way they can request owners Names, addresses Etc. every cellphone has a unique channel number registered to the owner and cellphone provider is like a GPS . Hopefully they are working on gathering that information request. Any electronic devices that connect to any network are traceable it does not matter if is a Phone,Tablet,smartwatch there’s always a trail and history. Nothing is hidden!!

She snuck out of the house at night after midnight and was found at like 6 am. No one realized she was gone because it was nighttime. I’m 40 but when I was a teenager I climbed out my window and my parents had no idea. It happens. No one set alarms to get up and go check on your teenagers at different parts of the night to make sure they are there. They aren’t babies. Her mom realized she was gone the next morning and went looking for her and seen the police tape. She noticed when she woke up. It’s not her fault.
