Yes omg I keep getting called a troll because people go by what the statistics say about crime and police. And I keep trying to tell them most of those statistics are based on lies and now that alot of police have body cams and everyone else has security cameras we are finally able to see what is really happening and how many fake reports are being made about people. But I'm a troll because I don't believe the bs statistics. I'm also being called anti police Wich isn't true at all. I just think they are hiring the wrong type of people to become police. We need honest people who want to save lives and protect people. Not criminals who only want the power and freedom to hurt people without going to jail. I'm not anti police because of that. I don't think so anyway.

@righttorecord3538
@righttorecord3538 5 жыл бұрын
@@dalemiller78dm Actually, most of the settlements are paid by insurance companies. However, when citizens do have to pay, it is appropriate. They should elect better people to run their jurisdictions and who will make sure the police departments operate properly. When the people hired by the citizens do something illegal, the citizens should have to pay. But when a cop loses their qualified immunity, they do have to pay unless they are indemnified by a union or other organization.

Right to Record I really like this perspective, The problem is that is never made clear, when the community has to pay it should be made 100% clear that taxes have gone up due to the unlawful arrests etc.
@righttorecord3538
@righttorecord3538 5 жыл бұрын
@@AgrippaMaxentius So you think citizens are too stupid to know when what their city, county, state or nation has to pay out settlements like this that the money has to come from somewhere, and since the money has to be either collected as taxes or borrowed, they'll be on the hook for it one way or the other? All conservatives understand that money does not just appear out of thin air.
@AgrippaMaxentius
@AgrippaMaxentius 5 жыл бұрын
Right to Record It’s not a question of stupidity, it’s a question of lack of information from media/government/schools etc. Most folks in the US support police unconditionally, they haven’t done their research. Also I didn’t say anything regarding Conservatives, where you under the impression that only Conservatives are victims of police brutality? Most Police Unions are Republican.
