Breath in 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds, breath out 8 seconds, then hold your breath for 4 seconds. Repeat as many set as you can. With practice you can do more. This will make you feel better! And it will help heal your sickness! Please pass this technique to friends & family! 🙏👌✌🤘🤚😇
