When will this nonsense stop? I guess once the US lawyers jump on the class action gravy train. To get the range claimed requires the laws of physics to be altered. And the depreciation? Who's going to be paying for that?

It may be nonsense for most EVs, but not for this one. I have an EV6 GT and I get way better than the claimed range. Here in the US when I bought my car over a year ago the EPA range estimate was 206 miles. It has since been revised to 218. I can easily get 250 in mixed driving, and in summer if I drive conservatively, I can get close to 300 miles. Admittedly, you sacrifice performance, but if you want range, it can be done. The Porsche Taycan also considerably outperforms the EPA range estimate.

Same here. I'm averaging 18,2 kwh/100km now when it's warm here in Sweden, which is 12% less than claimed. That means a range of 420+ km or 262 miles. Pretty much 50/50 highway and city/suburb driving. Consumption during winter with long periods of cold weather (-25°C sometimes) increases the consumption of course but I've only averaged slightly over the claimed this winter. The Eco mode is actually less sufficient than Normal mode for the drive train.
