The V2L adapter locks when plugged in. The proper release process is to turn the V2L off, then press the car unlock button in the driver's door (the key unlock button may also work) and the V2L adapter should be removable. I was literally trying to figure this out an hour ago on a dealer demo car. The release behind that panel is the auxiliary release, just to make it clear.

I prefer the latest MG4 e for styling as well as interior and all set on 17inch wheels which are my size as when filled with air to proper stem can bounce the potholes without problems.

Yes the new MG4 e looks incredible. They have done a great job with the look of that car. It looks striking in that orange. It will be great to see how that drives.

How does it compare price wise with the ionic5?

Good question the ev6 is starts from about £43k and the Ioniq 5 £37k depends if you prefer the retro styling of the Ioniq 5. Both share the same platform but the Kia ev6 is the more premium option and will get more range too. 🤗

Nice review, nice to know about the release for the charger port. But all U.K. cars get the 74kw battery 2 or 4wd. Also rear seat are reclinable just in case you missed that? I have a GTLine-S AWD on order, It's a painful wait.
