I think they might recreate Final Crisis. Where Wally comes out of the speed force in time to save the day, but after Dick dies (basically Dick and Wally taking the place of Bruce and Barry). If they do that, I will cry. But given that Dick is one of the most popular characters of the show, it's also possible that they won't do that out of fear of the reception. But then again, they did it with Batman.

Season 3 showed how hard Dick took Wally's death and we saw him just not getting over it, then Wally would come back right after Dick dies, so Dick wouldn't get the reunion that we all want to see, and Wally will be heart broken because he will think that he didn't arrive soon enough and will blame himself for Dick's death. Or they would use what happened in Titans Rebirth where Nightwing got stabbed fatally and because of Wally's new powers he was able to reverse it, but it gave him a heart attack and meant he couldn't use those powers again since he has no control.

the animation scene of Wally dying felt more like he went into the Speed Force, lighting struck him but it didn't kill him... more like he was synchronizing with the Speed Force. Exactly. The way Wally died was very specific. Death scenes are always specific. Wally dying by being atomized is very similar to how, in The Flash tv series, Barry entered the Speedforce in Season 2. Except for Barry, all that was left was the centerpiece of his costume: The Lightning Bolt. Wally died by vanishing in a way that could easily bring him back. I'm surprised the writers haven't yet.

My theory: in the tv series, if speedsters go too fast at some point they time travel. Just like that. They vanish. What if Wlly went into the future, and joined the legion of super heroes, without knowing how to come back? I know Bart made a time machine, and so could Wally. It would be so cool if he got a suit redesign (not the rebirth one please) to look more futuristic, and there should be a scene when the legion and the teem meet and the team says something like "have you seen kid flash?" and the legion answers "no, but we have a member called the flash", and just after that Wally whooses into the room with his new suit and legion ring AAAAND... that would be the end of the episode.

I think they're gonna end up adapting "The Lightning Saga." The Lightning Saga is a story where the Legion comes back in time, however a bunch of them have amnesia so they need to find each other. Once they do, they have to carry out a mission in which one of them would most likely die. The mission was to actually bring back Bart Allen (who was dead at the time and is relevant to LOSH lore), however they also ended up bringing Wally West back from the Speed Force, which he had disappeared into a few years prior. The Legionnaires that went back in time were the Legion Espionage Squad, which includes Wildfire, Karate Kid, Star Boy, Dawnstar, Timber Wolf, Dream Girl, and Sensor Girl. These are all fan favorite legionnaires, but non of the founding members, which is something YJ has done before. (re: the team doesn't include the actual founding yj comic members, but instead some fan favorite teen titans). The character of Sensor Girl wears a blonde wig in a ponytail, and so it is possible that she is the waitress. Lots of people think it's Saturn Girl, but Imra is almost always portrayed with a pixie cut since about 2007. It's unexpected and uses fun characters that the audience wouldn't know everything about right away, which fits perfectly with what Young Justice has done before.

Okay here is my theory: Since there is no more speed force in this universe, that means Wally isn't stuck in there. I think the magnetic pulses hitting Wally when running counter clockwise to the storm actually messed with his speed and boosted him vastly. That's why he was flashing back and forth and why Barry's hand moved right through him. Wally was going so fast that his eyes couldn't keep up and he went to the future. The flashing was also him time traveling to the future so Barry's hand moved right through him. I dont think Wally is dead either because (as said in the video) that wasn't Wally that Artemis was talking to, it was her mind creating the conversations. This would also make sense because (as said in the video) there was a Legion Flight Ring. That means the Legion exists in this universe and that's why they time travelled back. To either return Wally back to the correct era or to ask for help. Through them helping the Legion, they will found out Wally survived and is a secret prisoner of the Fatal Five.

The thing about DC is that the rule "no body means they're not dead" (because of time traveling Batman, Teleportation in general, and flashes in the speed force) also works if there is a body (because of lazarus pits-Ra's and chaos crystals-Robin, retcon punches-Red Hood), so really no one is dead ever in DC.

Wally is stuck in the speed force, so he is obsorbing the speed force and is superfast, the bad guys in the future pull him out of the speed force and wipe his memory and forces Wally to join them. I mean his "death" in the show is pretty much just a retool of the comic story where Barry Allen Flash "dies" in almost the exact same way; running too fast, only to be revealed years later to have not been dead and just trapped in the speed force. So, unless the writers want to pull one of those "Ha we set up a classic comic story and then changed the ending because we knew what you were expecting" things, that's most likely where he is.

I think it could be what Needle Mouse suggested, but my theory it is a DC REBIRTH situation where Wally is stuck in the speedforce and Artemis and Barry are his way out, but he is going to need some help so maybe an episode where they have the Flash family plus Artemis go into the speedforce so they can save Wally? (EDITED) I just found out the fourth season is YOUNG JUSTICE: PHANTOMS. So maybe Wally could be one of the Phantoms? I don't know but let me know what you all think.

He could be helping with something in the future and plans to go back when it's done and dusted but something happens in the present that throws a few members of the team into the future and they meet him meaning that he can't return to just after he left because of possible paradoxes

I think Wally's speed was increased by the energy strikes causing him to move faster then flash and impalas and then gets pulled into the speed force trapped for years until he figures out how to get out only he overshot his exit

great video love your work and glad to se you doing more Young Justice videos. But, and really hate to nitpick here, you forgot to mention another theory regarding the Legion's time travel in relation to what happened in the comics. "The Darkness Saga" were Darkseid comes back and wreaks havoc on the 31st century. Ok granted there was no time travel in that story but since Darksied is being set up to be the series final big bad it would make the most. It would also explain why the Legion would go back in time in the first place, to stop Darkseid in the past before he became to powerful in the future.
