The thing I take away from this video is the huge amount of hatred felt by the public (like the young man with the balaclava on) towards the police. Unfortunately, in recent years the police have earned every bit of that hatred through their abuse of power, history of corruption and inability to understand the very laws they are supposed to uphold. Not to mention the hundreds of police officers arrested and found guilty for serious criminal offences. Worse still is the fact that in parts of London ( where I live ) the police have failed the local communities so badly that in many areas, residents have clubbed together and now pay for private security to patrol the local suburbs 24/7, to fill the vacuum left by the lack of community policing. In other words, people have given up on the expectation that the police are looking out for them. It’s a terrible damnation upon a failed organisation.
@tkilla12022 жыл бұрын
Nobody likes being oppressed by people in balaclavas with multiple guns. And if the police, who are supposed to be the "good guys" are like that, then it's a recipe for trouble. All people want - is to be left alone. I have one simple law that I live by. I do what I want, when I want, so long as that doesn't infringe on anyone else. I left the UK 20 years ago. One of the reasons was I was sick of the police pulling me over every other day, and getting fined every other day too. Where I live now, police aren't needed, cos the local community deals with problems. Police in the UK have become what they are in the US, a quasi-military, unaccountable mafia, operating under the guise of a public service. Watching from afar it's getting very dangerous. The police powers, funding and equipment need to be rolled back.

I once reported someone for having a computer full of that crap, someone asked me to have a look at his computer because it had slowed to a crawl because of his collection. He was a friend of a friend of a friend so I didn't know anything about the guy. When I went to the cop shop to report him, they didn't seem to care. In the end, I told the person behind the counter "I've reported the guy to you and told you how to find him, as far as I'm concerned I have done my part" and then walked out.

So many people approaching you on the pretext of "how can they help you" and they are of absolutely no help whatsoever. This needs highlighting as these , however well meaning" fools need putting back in their box for the safety of us normal people who see the sense in minding our own business.
@modi44732 жыл бұрын
“ we just got a call that your filming “ …..in future if I want the police to turn up to a crime I will just say someone is filming , because it seems that this is a top priority above everything else they should be doing. Also today I watched a police car park in a disabled space and walk off even though they were plenty spaces all around them . They make me sick .

Why is it you can have a camera in your hand and its a scream for help.."Just to see you are okay, can I help with anything" but if it was a homeless beggar on the street needing help, the police and public would ignore he/she.
@DunamisStorm2 жыл бұрын
To be totally fair on the guy at 07:10, he conducted himself perfectly while complying with what his employer would have wanted and fully recognising an individual’s right to film from a public place. Courteous and within the actual law, let’s respect that.

@@peteroz7332 That works to a certain extent, but I am one for loving words, and the term “I’m afraid” has long been a way of giving an informal apology to another about something that other will be disappointed with, or a way of disagreeing, such as “I am afraid that I do not find this type of wordplay that humorous given the context”. The history and etymology of English phrases and terms is extremely interesting.

7:45 Quite a polite security guard. True, he was more polite than many. But what was the point of him coming out if all his answers was the phrase "I can't tell you that even if I knew it". And his authority and job role does not extend to harassing people who aren't on his property. He should've watched from behind the closed door knowing that he wouldn't be seen and he could then monitor AB. Approaching AB is just an attempt at intimidation - just so poorly done it was pointless.
@TheSadButMadLad2 жыл бұрын
And because the guard failed in his intimidation, he got the police to intimidate AB. And they failed too.

You can ask for "call numbers" or incident numbers" if there was an actual call for you.. He said at fist it was a call, then said a passer by, before reverting to a call again!!
@queenberengaria96262 жыл бұрын
Tommy Carney: Very fishy. A bunch of lies methinks from that officer on who actually called them. What "passerby" did we see earlier who'd be remotely interested in someone innocently walking on the pavement? Besides, like ABs equivalent, DJ audits, who goes around looking at anonymous industrial buildings, that place had no signs so suppose I was a bonafide visitor searching for the place? I might be walking about trying to work out if it was actually the right place, especially if needing to park, because there's a barrier there and every industrial estate has double yellow lines, forgetting that they're usually huge, removed from urban areas, too far for pedestrians and because they're businesses, people have to visit by car? Is that scoping out then seen as "suspicious "? Sigh.

Unsolicited, in full view of the other staff What a welcome. I had no idea how to react. Looking back it was like Americans call a frat house. How much worse must it be now.

If they’re not batting themselves off, they’re into pornography of children or attached to child sex trafficking or assaulting photographers or having sex with inmates and victims or just plain being offended by hurtful words or abusing their authority. Do they ever give them a psychological evaluation before employment? You certainly wouldn’t think so. When dealing with camera paranoia always call an ambulance so they can get medical assistance.
@queenberengaria96262 жыл бұрын
Keep that in mind AB. Next incident of "camera paranoia" (wonderful observation, Fred Bear) say you're calling 999 as clearly the officer needs medical assistance. 🤣🤣
