I see a lot of people saying the questions were too easy. I totally understand. However this was just for fun. I wasn't going to do multiple choice however this is what Kurt suggested and if anything, I'm glad I had the multiple choice option for the Cantonese as I didn't understand anything 😂 Thanks for watching~

" Cantonese is always negative." That is so true 😂 That's why HKers always know within 5 seconds that I'm not a "true" native speaker because a) I overuse "please"/"thank you" and b) I don't know how to be properly negative/condescending/sarcastic. My resting 😊 face probably also give it away!

I'm bilingual. I can speak both Cantonese and English fluently. I have to say, Kurt has an advantage because he knows 5/10 English, so he can guess the answer from the words. I got all 8 answer right as well for the English phrases even though I am not even British, I'm Canadian. However, I think this is unfair to Kieko because she doesn't know much Cantonese. I think Kurt has to actually say the phrases and explain what each word means (like the literal translation of each Chinese word in English) so that Kieko can understand and have a better guessing at it. And to be fair, the English phrases makes more sense than the Cantonese ones. A lot of Cantonese phrases don't make sense at all and even most people who can speak fluent Cantonese will not even know or understand the full meaning of those phrases. And Kurt is also kind of misleading you that most Cantonese phrases are negative, that's not true! lol.

I like/prefer to speak and use English, instead of Cantonese, since it is my first language. And it is easier to communicate. A lot of my classmates from elementary school, high school and university thought that I am from the Western countries, which shocked me. By the way, it is an interesting video to learn more language differences in English and Cantonese.

The 1st part of the English phases shouldnt have been the A or B type question lol Bc its not that difficult to figure it out, even you may not be the native speaker. Every single one of the question has sorta kinda given out its meanings/hints.. Shouldve asked Kurt to use it/make a sentence or at least multiple choice instead lmao
