I've been doing this ab workout for about 6 months, and when I started, I could barely do even one complete leg raise, but because of the breathing and stretching Tara incorporates into the workout, my lower back never got sore or injured. Now, I'm happy to say, I can do the whole workout with good form. I don't feel too much burn during the workout at this point, BUT, for the next two days my lower abs are very sore (in the good way;-)) - This is a very effective lower ab workout! Just MAKE SURE that you take it at a pace where you are using correct form, and DON'T skip the breathing and stretching

This is my second day and tbh I feel so sore but good and I actually did it in bed cause she said do it somewhere comfortable so I decided my bed and this workout is actually making me feel so nice like to keep me update Update: sorreeyyyyy i totally forgot but tbh I’ve been feeling so good and slowly seeing results, I recommend this workout❣️ I will keep updating! (Also been giving up like junk and drinking lots of water!)

This has to be my favorite abs workout post-quarantine. I’d gained 15 pounds and lost 10 pounds but there was this flabby puff that wouldn’t tone. So, I am to find this workout. It combines abs strength and toning with stretches in between. And the instructor has a nice calming voice.

Hey I just wanna say something, so I’ve been doing this for a week so far AND LET ME TELL U HOW MUCH THIS HAS HELPED ME, when I was a toddler/young kid I was very under weight, so I tried helping myself by eating a lot, ever since I’ve been not under weight (if that makes sense), So I started watching this video, and my abs/stomach have never felt so strong and healthy. My legs are a lot stronger then they were when I first started, now when you first start it will hurt a lot if you don’t stretch in a daily basis, I stretch everyday cause I dance, and when I first watched this video and did this it hurt a lot but now since I’ve been doing it for a while it doesn’t hurt as much anymore I’m so thankful for this video❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

So, so far its not going very well but i will keep trying!! 😂❤

I’m 16 and have been hating my body for continuous years and I finally decided to put an end to it. I want to make this update for myself! Day 1. (Nov 24) I was able to do all the exercises to the fullest but the lifting and going back down one at the beginning was absolute hell lol. I did feel pretty accomplished after it :) I really like this workout. See y’all tomorrow

ENJOY!✌😊Day 1-Felt energetic in doing this for the first so had a muscle pull, Body felt numb when going to sleep and had severe body-ache Day 2-Did the exercises while being relaxed so body felt better..Less numbness and body ache..Exercises felt tad bit easier today

Yooo ok I’ve been doing this workout so imma keep you all updated. Day 1; very tiring, I was out of breath and my legs were constantly burning. Day 2: my body’s was very sore, but when I did the first stretches, it slowly faded away. Day 3: was easier and I enjoyed the work out, it was refreshing and relaxing to be honest. Day 4: today the workouts were tough and I was having trouble keep up, my muscles were really sore and my legs were burning up, got through the works out and didn’t regret it!

She looks so petite and small, but she's incredibly strong to do these. I had to incorporate my own exercises for some of these because I couldn't do them lol. I'll come back to this once my core is stronger.

Today was my first time doing the inner thigh, outer thigh and abs portion back-to-back. I had to take 3 breaks it hurt my abs and thighs hurt so much. Love Tara because she is motivating, not naggy!

yes you should. but start smaller dont do much at first. u have to get used to it bc if u have never done exercise, its gonna be really difficult bc of soreness and muscle tension

I can work my abs pretty hard and not need recovery, but I really felt this workout the next day - obliques and lower abs are sore, yay!

These exercises are fairly advanced - if you are a beginner, take it slow and make sure your form is correct. To do these leg lifts correctly, you should already have some core strength and control. Awesome workout tho, thanks Tara!

I enjoy this very much. I ove these floor legs lifting exercises without too many crunches but they seems too easy. May be I do need to do this for a long period of time. I love that you said, we will do 10 and then went on to say we will do 20 as if you just want to ease us in less painfully but painful nonetheless 😜.
