And you maybe are confusing rules as they pertain to public companies (like those which are on the NASDAQ or NYSE) for those who are private companies. Greenwood Bank is a private company founded by 3 men. (1 of the 3 being Killer Mike.) Since private companies do not raise money from the investing public, they are not subject to the same disclosure laws as public companies. Investors in private companies are considered to be sufficiently well informed about their investment decisions so as not to require the protection of disclosure laws. Now if he chooses to disclose who the investors are that's a decision which his partners and he have to agree on. Everything isn't a conspiracy and one can be as altruistic as they want to be (to the level of Jesus Christ to those who believe in him) but fundamentally, someone has to pay for it. (Jesus had to pay for it.) Nothing in life is free.

This video is very helpful, what African Diaspora Economic needs is an Economic Movement, infrastructure and agenda. My organization Renaissance Action National Network is organizing our 1st Annual Asiactic black Diaspora Economic Summit and Movement in 2022. There are things the black community aren't discussing, that's needed to move forward.
