For those that may not know Danny Diliberto is a former pool world champion. He was a tremendous athlete and excelled at baseball, boxing, and bowling. He had twelve wins by knockout in his pro boxing career. The Jerry Forsyth book about him is excellent and recommended for all pool fans.

Danny needs to feel like he's right all the time. Always overtalking the other commentator. Super annoying. Get his ass outta here and give me JJ.

I'm very grateful for all the content Pat's provided us. And great content at that. Mark Wilson has always been a favored commentator ... but Danny...? Tell me...when was the last time you felt like you learned something from Danny? On the other hand ... how many times does he repeat himself or say cliches..? I know some people like him -- but it may be worth considering the pros and cons.

Its unfortunate that this was the first game of 1pkt you've seen. Not all are as boring as this one was, at times. Check out some other ones, they are fascinating to anyone who GENUINELY loves billiards.

Real players are here to improve their game and look how to get in and out of traps. It looks boring because of the moves they know. I'm sure you'd be struggling on the second shot of the game.

Question: making a ball on the break. Is the automatic re-rack just optional by the organizers?

Funny reading the comments, that "this is boring." Did these people not read "one pocket" in the title? If you don't know one pocket, PREPARE TO BE BORED. It is a long game like 30 minutes a rack and all strategy.... I keep my finger on the fast forward key!

At 1:05:00 three things happen one Strickland starts pulling out his hair and two Grady starts spotting them up well actually he would have started spotting them up way way way before that lol me I ask the guy I'm gambling with if he wants to start it over and double the money on the next game lol

That’s ok between 2players, But, the game should be played out…That’s one-pocket. Also should Not be jacked around like Grady did either. Come on guys, I can name many players in the past (including Danny D.)just barely, who would run 5,6,7,or 8 balls from all balls Up table.Let’s keep the game, THE. GAME. !!!!

@@AccuStats ohh don't get me wrong , I watched tye whole match because it was entertaining . I would not say sparks were flying or however tye misleading title was posted , It wasn't played in a traditional sense , Shannon past up a few chances to bank balls that were sorta free providing he played a good cueball . But theese are top echelon players . I learned some things watching this and you can learn alot from B , C PLAYERS as well . I also noticed alot of badly badly missed balls from 1 stroking .
